When you send an enquiry via our website, phone or email, we collect only the details you provide: name, phone number, email, postcode, service required and any project detail you share. We do not collect payment card data on this website. Standard server logs (IP address, browser, referring page) are kept for security and analytics.

Your details are used solely to reply to your enquiry, arrange a free site survey, prepare a written quote and, if you become a customer, deliver the project you've booked. We keep records of completed jobs for warranty, insurance and tax purposes.

We rely on legitimate interests to respond to enquiries and contract to deliver work you've instructed. Warranty and accounting records are kept under legal obligation for the statutory retention period.

We never sell your data. We only share it where required to deliver your project, e.g. with our structural engineer, Building Control, or a specialist subcontractor working under our direction, and with HMRC or our insurer where legally required.

Enquiries that don't become jobs are deleted within 24 months. Completed project records are retained for a minimum of 10 years to support the structural warranty, and for the period required by HMRC.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object or complain to the ICO. Contact us and we'll action any request within 30 days.

This website uses only essential cookies required to serve the site. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Enquiries are transmitted over HTTPS. Records are stored on password-protected devices. Only Jason has access to enquiry data.
